As all our products are made-to-order or handcrafted with individual attention to detail, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made through our website.
No Returns
Once a product is sold, it is considered final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds
We do not offer any refunds unless an item is proven to be:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item delivered)
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video proof and clear images of the product and package. After verification, we may issue a replacement at our sole discretion. No refund will be provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@targethandicrafts.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- An unedited video taken while opening the package
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any complaints for damaged items.
